When i try to download informatoin from my 2 banks 1 goes through ok but the
second bank says unsuccessful & gives the error ofxie12029
Please help.

If the problem persists, consider disabling that bank for online
access and setting it up again. Otherwise you may want to contact
Microsoft support if you have purchased a recent version.
