When I try to print any mail from outlookexpress, I get the following error
message:

Char: 1
Error: Unspecified Error
Code: 0
URL: res://c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg


Please advise on how to print from Outlook Express without the above error.

Try this (IE/OE closed).
Start -> Run -> Type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" (without quotes) -> Ok.
Reboot.
