OE Transparent Screen ?
Hello,
Running XP. This started a few weeks ago. Not sure if it is an OE "problem" or some configuration in my PC somehow changed. When I open OE up, all I get is the top bar, and a transparent screen that shows the view below; in this case my desktop. But only the top bar from OE shows.. To get the normal OE view, I have to use the Maximize button. If I use the Minimize button, it goes transparent again. Anyone have any idea what might have changed, or what is going on ? A bit annoying. Thanks, Bob |

Re: OE Transparent Screen ?
I'm not sure if OE moved off-screeen, or you have a damaged identity. Try #1
first, and if no joy, try #2. #1: Right click on the minimized OE on the Taskbar and select Move. Now use the arrow keys to get it in the screen. Close all other windows except this one and use the cursor to drag the message to full screen size. File | Exit, and Windows will remember the size when you open it again. #2: You may have a damaged identity especially if it is the default Main Identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages and Address Book from the old identity and delete it.
