I've never seen this before. What is it? I've gotten it twice this weekend,

The person you sent the email to has a full mail box. Standard error code
returned.

Next time, post the complete, verbose error message. As little has you have
posted makes it hard to figure out for some errors.

This time it is not so hard, though. Some E-mail Service Providers
(including the email services provided by some ISPs) have limited mailbox
storage for their users. If your correspondent has more email in his mailbox
than his provider has mailbox capacity for his account, his service will
refuse to accept email until he cleans out his mailbox. You will get such an
error in the Delivery Status Notice your provider's mail server returns on
that failure to deliver the email.
