Running Vista Business Edition, Office 2007.

1. Microsoft web pages, for example http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290859
state that there is a menu item for "Import / Export" under the File menu,
but it does not appear on my Outlook. Does anyone know where the menu item
is and/or why it does not appear?

It could have been disabled or not installed by your corporate admin.
