outlook 2003 - help me please
I am using outlook 2003.
I created a contacts folder yesterday. But this morning when i opened my outlook to send an email that folder wasn't there. But when i went to address book i can see that folder in address book but not in my regular contacts folders. Can someone explain me why is that? and how do i make that folder appear in my regular contacts folder? I searched online most of the people have problem not seeing the contacts in address book, but this is totally opposite. Thank you again, Jack |

If you didn't create it under your main Contacts folder, it won't appear under it. If you, say, created it at the same level as the Contacts folder, it will be alphabetically located amoung your other folders in the Folder List view of the Navigation Pane. > But when i went > to address book i can see that folder in address book but not in my > regular contacts folders. Right-click each, select Properties, select the Outlook Address Book tab, and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book". -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
