Actually, the problem was with the distance of the device from mouth. It has
a terrific pickup amplification. I used to keep it very close to motuh and hence there was over saturation of the signal. Everybody just complained that I am not audible. Whenever someone complained, I used take the device further close to the mouth which further deteriarated the situation. But one person told that my voice is getting saturated. I got the hint there. I just clipped the device between second and third button of the shirt (earlier I was clipping it between first and second button) and the problem is solved.
