Unfortunately changing the language on a Windows Mobile device is not as
easy as changing a setting. The language for the device is an attribute of
the ROM image that it is using. If you want to change the language you will
need to contact the OEM to see if they have a ROM image available for it in
your language of choice. Please note that if your OEM has an English ROM
image available your device may or may not allow you to sync it.

You've informed us of what processor your pocket pc has but you haven't told
us what brand and model you have. If you would like specific information
please post that information about your device.
