Re: Use PC Network when connected
Hi,
First this only works if you do not use a proxy. Then check the settings in File - Connection settings in Activesync to see what the network connection is set to. You want it set to the Internet. Also, you have to have the software firewall on the PC configured to allow the network connection to the internet. -- Chris De Herrera http://www.pocketpcfaq.com http://www.pocketpctalk.com http://www.tabletpctalk.com http://www.mobilitytalk.com <richard.lister@calderdale.gov.uk> wrote in message news:561a559e-ca41-4bca-b458-afe6d11ee1d2@l1g2000hsa.googlegroups.com... > Hi, > can anyone tell me what Windows mobile PC setup or Activesync settings > will allow me to use the PC's broadband connection rather than the > phone provider network. > thanks, > Richard |
