I just recently upgraded from a Palm Treo 650 to a new Verizon
Wireless (HTC) XV6800. I've gotten everything set up and working
fine. The problem I'm having is that the full contact details from
Outlook 2007 are not syncing to my phone. Specifically, I use the
"Other" phone category to store a second phone number for clients.
That category is not syncing over.

Anyway to get the FULL contact details to sync over?

You're limited to syching the Contact fields pre-built into the device's
contact app. You can't rename, delete, or add fields.

The easiest workaround would be to copy the "Other" numbers to an otherwise
unused field that does sync ("Car phone", "radio telephone", etc.) in your
desktop Outlook
then resync.
