After Performing Restore, Cannot read/delete/move SMS's
Hi,
I recently needed to perform a Hard Restore on my 02 XDA II Mini, and when everything came back up, all the SMS messages, and all the Mail Messages in the Phone lost their icon and now can't be opened or deleted, or anything. When I synchronised with my Outlook, the Mail items simply duplicated themselves, leaving the ones without icons and adding them back in with the icon, and allowing m to move/delete or read these icon'd ones. How can I permanantly remove these ghost messages? Pete |

Re: After Performing Restore, Cannot read/delete/move SMS's
Hi,
Performing a restore is dependent on the application that performs the backup. What I would recommend is considering a hard reset and resync with your PC and reinstall any apps. -- Chris De Herrera http://www.pocketpcfaq.com http://www.pocketpctalk.com http://www.tabletpctalk.com http://www.mobilitytalk.com "PGP" <PGPianta@gmail.com> wrote in message news:f8741366-db2d-4e9c-b59d-ec479c7554a7@h1g2000prh.googlegroups.com... > Hi, > > I recently needed to perform a Hard Restore on my 02 XDA II Mini, and > when everything came back up, all the SMS messages, and all the Mail > Messages in the Phone lost their icon and now can't be opened or > deleted, or anything. > > When I synchronised with my Outlook, the Mail items simply duplicated > themselves, leaving the ones without icons and adding them back in > with the icon, and allowing m to move/delete or read these icon'd > ones. > > How can I permanantly remove these ghost messages? > > Pete |
