When ActiveSync comes across an item that won't sync, it stops. So try
creating a new Contacts folder and move the contacts there and sync. Then
move them back until you find the contacts that do not sync. Some possible
causes are embedded attachments in the Notes field.

Thanks for the help.

However, it doesnt work. I tried deleting notes in individual contacts
having notes and then synchronising but no luck. Thereafter i deleted a
contact and copied to another contact folder and then deleted the notes in
the new contact folder and recopied the contact to the exisitng contact
folder and then again retried but then also that contact is not synchronising.

The temporary tedious way i am following is deleting the contact and
recreating the same again. It syncs thereafter as i create the new contact on
my tytn II.
Also when i create a new contact in the outlook contacts folder it doesnt
sync the same with my tytnII, so it means i have to create all my future new
contacts on my tytn II only and then it syncs.

It would be a pleasure to have further suggestions. do i need to delete the
entire contacts folder from outlook and then recreate all again? or is it an
active sync problem which microsoft will solve soon i hope.

contacts at random. i tried 2-3 times but always the same 399 contacts got
syncd and the rest did not. Amongst the contacts that did not get syncd some
were with photos attached and most without any photos. i have yet to go
through all but i believe some contacts without any notes also were not syncd.

Hi,
I would consider exporting the contacts and then re-importing them and see
if that works.

Keep in mind that ActiveSync stops synchronizing whenever it comes across an
item it cannot sync. So of course there wll be items that do not have
notes.

I was try all possible solution and nothing work.

Hard reset Htc Kaiser them erase all contacts on outlook pc them import
again all contac from .pst archive to outlook pc, uninstall and reinstall
active sync 4.5 and plug the USB cable for sync all again and only some
contacts pass to my kayser.

Thanks for trying to solve this problem of mine.

I did export the contacts and then re-importing the same. I agree that
contacts with any notes do not get synced. Also any contacts with photo
attachments also do not get synced. However i wish to point out that earlier
with activesync 4.5 n wm6 i did not have this problem. so it is definitely a
problem with wm6.1. How and when will Microsoft look at this i wonder.

Further after copying and synchronising the contacts from another contacts
folder i next tried to create a new contact in outlook contacts folder which
i wished to sync but i noticed that it does not sync. so it means that i have
to create the contact on my tytnII n then only it will be sync to my outlook.
That is defitely worrisome as it means any contacts i need to add it will
have to be through tytn II only, and thereafter i beleive changes in outlook
will be synchronised.

I did check but i cant seem to confirm, but i beleive sync is both ways.
