Sync E-Mail account from Outlook 2003
I want to syncronice my e-mail account to my win moblie 6.1 device and want
to use the same account to send and receive e-mails abroad but how? If I write an e-mail in my mobile, using the outlook e-mail account, it will be sent after my next sync. So I had to open another account in the mobile device to send/receive e-mails abroad. Isnt there a way to use the sam account? |

Hi,
Unfortunately, Microsoft does not allow you to choose a different account to send e-mail from. So there is no option to do what you want to do. -- Chris De Herrera http://www.pocketpcfaq.com http://www.pocketpctalk.com http://www.tabletpctalk.com http://www.mobilitytalk.com "Der keine Ahnung hat" <DerkeineAhnunghat@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:29B70885-DBF8-426D-8893-82E904239D24@microsoft.com... >I want to syncronice my e-mail account to my win moblie 6.1 device and want > to use the same account to send and receive e-mails abroad but how? "Syncing" e-mail with a desktop is a holdover from the days when PPCs weren't typically "connected" to the internet. The theory was you'd sync your e-mails when the device was docked, read and reply while offline, then "upload" the replies the next time you docked. In these connected days, the "Outlook" account is generally used for an Exchange Server account. |
