PocketPC Mobile 6, Vista Business, Outlook 2007, Exchange 2003

When syncing (Sync Center) calendar items, appointment notes created
on the PocketPC transfer to Outlook / Exchange correctly.

However, if appointment notes are created via Outlook, syncing does
not transfer these notes to the PocketPC. Also any existing notes
created on the PocketPC and altered in Outlook are deleted after sync.
