WM6, ActiveSync 4.5, windows xp and Outlook 2007 on a Samsung i760 --no success
When connecting via USB, it says it is starting to sync the goes back
to looking for network and hangs there. We have unchecked the advanced network functions, upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007, run the office diagnostic, removed and replaced the device several times, and spent hours on the phone with verizon and samsung--no luck at all. The only change noticed in trying all these was that under network connections, the first several attempts did not yield a new connection for us to adjust the properties on (as the troubleshooting guide on the phone instructs) and then it started to. There are also two choices under the connections--USB and USB-serial --so we tried again-- nothing. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |
