Missing Footer
Using the view Header and Footer, I see the footer check box selected and
text that I want to appear as a footer. However, it is not showing up on the slide. Any suggestions? I have tried to take out the footer in the slide master with no luck. When I view through the Header Footer dialog box it shows up but it is simply invisible on the slide. Thanks for any help. |

Re: Missing Footer
Ellen,
Something covering it up on the master? Also check if there is a check next to footers when you click on the Master layout button on the Master toolbar. Or maybe you have hidden background images of the master on the slide. Right-click on a slide, choose background and see if there is a check next to Hide graphics from master slide. -- Luc Sanders MVP - PowerPoint blog: www.sixtiesfan.multiply.com/ "ellen" <ellen@discussions.microsoft.com> schreef in bericht news:C2ABB127-43F0-4189-9942-5611CA80F8D3@microsoft.com... > Using the view Header and Footer, I see the footer check box selected and > text that I want to appear as a footer. Re: Missing Footer
Thanks for the reply.
I have checked and there's nothing on the master. Not sure how I can check the check marck for the Master layout button on the master toolbar? And no, I did check and background fill is automatic and omit background from master is not selected. "Luc" wrote: > Ellen, > Something covering it up on the master? Re: Missing Footer
Ellen,
When you go to the slide master, there should be a floating toolbar, on that toolbar there is a button which allows you to put placeholders you have deleted back. It's the one but last starting from the right. If footers is unchecked put a check next to it. -- Luc Sanders MVP - PowerPoint blog: www.sixtiesfan.multiply.com/ "ellen" <ellen@discussions.microsoft.com> schreef in bericht news B25E8FC-8F66-4657-B031-7379B7813342@microsoft.com...> Thanks for the reply. > I have checked and there's nothing on the master. > Not sure how I can check the check marck for the Master layout button on > the > master toolbar? > And no, I did check and background fill is automatic and omit background > from master is not selected. > > "Luc" wrote: > >> Ellen, >> Something covering it up on the master?
