My boss put together a presentation, but every slide is a Master rather than
a normal design. When you click on the slide sorter view, they don't show
up. My question is how do you convert these to just normal slides without
retyping the whole thing? Its about 30 slides? I've tried everything and
looked in 'help' but can't find anything.

Open up a new presentation. Assign a design or format a master. Change back
to Normal view. Insert 30 blank slides. Open the "master" presentation.
Display them both side by side. Copy the contents of the "master" slides to
the "normal" slides on a slide-by-slide basis.
