Hi,
I have PP slide and while opening the file for presentation every time i
want to press F5 to run the file. how do i convert the file to EXE file.

Maybe it's enough to save the file as a PPS? Then you can doubleclick a
pps-file and it will start immediately as a show. Just chose "Save as / save
as type: Powerpoint Show".
