Hi All,

I am using PP 2003 and when I go to print a slide separately all I get is
the caption with a square with a red cross in the top left hand corner. Some
slides print ok but not this one. Does anyone know why this would be
happening?

It sounds like PowerPoint is having problems loading this picture into the
print driver. PowerPoint relies on the print driver for a lot of things,
but most importantly for printing (strange, huh?).

I would check that a) you have a printer locally installed and b) that the
driver is completely up-to-date. Keep in mind that most printer driver are
out of date by the time the printer is available in the stores, so even
out-of-the-box, it requires an update.

If this does not fix your printing problem, please drop us a note on this
thread and we'll dig a bit deeper.
