Re: Micosoft Project 2007 - Visual Reports
Hello PS,
The information in the chart is from the excel pivot table. If you expand the quarters and weeks it shows days. You need to make sure you specify the appropriate measurement when you create the cube. You can modify the chart by modifying the pivot table. I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along. Re: Micosoft Project 2007 - Visual Reports
Hi Julie,
Thanks for your reply - I am aware that if I select days in the view reports dialog box and expand the pivot table I can see days but what I actually want to do is be able to select weeks in the view reports dialog box and see the first calendar date of the week for each week on the chart (like in MS Project 2003 with the analyzed time scale data function). Is there a way I can do that without having to select days in the view reports dialog box? "JulieS" wrote: > Hello PS, > > The information in the chart is from the excel pivot table. Re: Micosoft Project 2007 - Visual Reports
Hello PS,
To the best of my knowledge, no. The date format in the Excel pivot table seems to be generated in some semi-mysterious way. I've yet to figure out exactly where it is getting the labels from -- it isn't the week number of the year nor week number of the project (from start). The only method I know of is to manually enter the data you wish to see in the pivot table.
