expenses MSP 2007
Hi,
I have MSP 2007; how can I enter and track expenses; how can I enter and track expenes for 5 people team, we have 60 dlls for food daily; but at the end of the week I know how much was expensed by every one; how can I get the variance at the end of the week/month? |

RE: expenses MSP 2007
Unless this relates to specific tasks in a schedule, this calcuation would be
better suited for Excel. We don't normally track travel in Project other than to put down the daily per diem ($60/day) as part of a task. Then it is just a matter of enterring the actuals. From there insert the Cost Variance (CV) column and Project does the work for you (assuming you have a baseline). -- If this post was helpful, please consider rating it.
