Any ideas? Steph O, A few suggestions. First, increase the row height of the task lines. Even though you may not appear to need the extra height on screen, it may help with the hardcopy. Second, make sure your printer driver is the latest version, or try a different printer if one is available. Third, try decreasing the bar height under Format/Layout. Fourth, if your text is under the bar, try shifting it to the right or left Hope this helps. John Project MVP |

RE: Project Bar Text
Also, make sure you have the latest updates to Project (2003 SP3, 2007 SP1)
There were print problems cured or improved with both. -- Douglas McKirdy Senior Project Analyst "Steph O" wrote: > I have labeled my tasks on the chart and when I print the schedule, the > bottom half of the bar and the text associated with it is cut off. Any ideas? |
