How do I print each persons name on membership cards Pub 2003
I have Micro 2003 Office pro. Can anyone using 'step by step' tell me how
to print membership cards with each persons name on each one. Instead of a sheet all the same. I have a card design I wish to use and the names are all on excel though can transfer them of course. I need step by step as not 100% computer literate |

I don't use "Mail Merge" myself so can't directly help but the Help files
may list its use, if Micro has it. -- Don Vancouver, USA "Glen" <Glen@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:9F4F4DF0-6DDA-4212-960B-63999225C3EC@microsoft.com... > I have Micro 2003 Office pro. Re: How do I print each persons name on membership cards Pub 2003
First and foremost you need to setup the membership card. Do you have a
template? What are the dimensions of the card? This will determine how many cards per sheet you can print, where the cut lines will be or if pre-perforated where the card information will be printed within the perforations. If you get the above together, mail merge is simple and straightforward.
