How do I justify text vertically -- fill the column -- in Publishe
I regularly use other applications for page layout and I have been asked to
do a newspaper-style layout in Publisher. I can set text in text boxes to align top, centre or bottom -- but apparently, not to justify. I cannot believe that Publisher 2007 is unable to offer a basic operation such as this. Do I really have to justify each column manually? |

Right-click the text box, format text box, text box tab, columns.
To go to the next column to create uneven columns----ctrl+shift+return -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "Greiggy" <Greiggy@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:36B00A56-0737-455C-81F1-AC0EF9544790@microsoft.com... >I regularly use other applications for page layout and I have been asked to > do a newspaper-style layout in Publisher. > > I can set text in text boxes to align top, centre or bottom -- but > apparently, not to justify.
