How do i embed a picture on a webpage in publisher?
I have designed a one page website, which is meant to be our Customer
Feedback form.. i am having trouble ensuring the embedded pictures remain on the site if it is opened by someone else. Everytime i actually open it, the pictures turn into X's ... so can you someone give me some advice please? |

Re: How do i embed a picture on a webpage in publisher?
The most common reason for this is that with Publisher 2003 and 2007 when
you Publish to the Web and generate your web files, Publisher will produce an "index.htm" file, which is your home page, and an "index_files" folder that contains all other pages of a site, plus all the supporting graphics. It sounds like you did not upload the "index_files" folder, and that is why you are getting the X. If you have more questions about Publisher webs, then post in the web group and we will try to help you there: news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...sher.webdesign DavidF "Rosita" <Rosita@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news 2F344AC-3A30-4A04-A633-FE5C431D627C@microsoft.com...>I have designed a one page website, which is meant to be our Customer > Feedback form.. i am having trouble ensuring the embedded pictures remain > on > the site if it is opened by someone else. > Everytime i actually open it, the pictures turn into X's ... so can you > someone give me some advice please? |
