2003 a window opens for the Microsoft Office Professional 2003 CD. I have
lost my Microsoft Office Professional 2003 CD. I would like to uninstall
Visio 2003 manually.

Sometimes the installer information stored in the cache and the registry
get corrupted. There's an article on the Support knowledgebase that you
can use to walk through some manual uninstall steps. Note that this is
written for Visio 2002, but the steps should still apply. Standard
warnings about messing with the registry, of course.
