I am having difficulty expanding the width of a functional band and holder on
a cross-functional flowchart. The band widens but the outside title bar
doesn't expand with it. Any thoughts from anyone.

What happens if you drop a new band on the diagram, does that resize
correctly? It sounds like the band has become disconnected from the
frame.

Thank You Paul! It was disconnected. I was unable to get it re-connected,
however it allowed me to start over and avoid the same problem.

Good, glad you have it sorted. It would be interseting to know how it
became disconnected, it could be that a Cut and Paste would restore
the connection.
