Hi,
I have just changed the default printer over in an office and installed it
onto the terminal services server. I then made it the default printer (right
click and make default from printers page)
One user who uses Sage has to keep changing the printer via the drop down
menu to print to it as her machine (only in Sage) keeps defaulting to the
old printer.
How can I change this so that it always defaults to the new printer?

The easiest way is probably to delete the user's TS profile.
If that doesn't do the trick, search the Sage KB:
