Windows Server 2008 under Hyper-V doesn't boot

I have installed a Windows Server 2008 on a FSC RX300 S3 Server.
I successfully installed the Hyper-V Role and a virtual Windows Server 2008.
The System worked 3-day perfect but know the virtual Server will not boot
again.
Nothing was modified since 2-days... What's wrong?
Need help!
