Dear all,

I have a Windows 2003 server network with over 100 pc's on and wish to use
remote desktop to support them but not by logging the user off.

Suggestions please.

On a Windows XP client, right-click on My Computer, tab Remote...
What you need is Remote Assistance - but you will have to search all of
microsoft.com to find out how to set it up.
It does work over the internet, I needed and got some from McAfee last year.
