DCOM error - The COM sub system is suppressing duplicate event log entries for a duration of 86400 seconds
Gurus,
Running Windows Server I am seeing the following DCOM error. I don't want event suppression to occur b/c I want to know what is actually going on here. Any ideas? Event Type: Information Event Source: DCOM Event Category: None Event ID: 10026 Date: 4/30/2008 Time: 6:08:56 PM User: N/A Computer: SERVER1 Description: The COM sub system is suppressing duplicate event log entries for a duration of 86400 seconds. The suppression timeout can be controlled by a REG_DWORD value named SuppressDuplicateDuration under the following registry key: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Ole\EventLog. -- Spin |
