How to have one server in a domain with a different TimeZone then theDC?
Greetings,
I need one 2003 server in my domain to run on a different timezone for a specialized application that is time sensitive. If I change the TZ, the DC changes it back. Even if I script to change it, launch my app, disconnect the session, when I reconnect, the TZ is changed back. Any ideas? |

There is some error (on your part perhaps) or other problem if that happens. Changing the time zone is NOT under the OS's control. Changing back an incorrect TIME would however make sense. How are you chaning the TZ? Are you the Admin when you do that? |

I am a domain admin and I can use TIME & DATE under CONTROL PANEL interactively or through a script, same results. |
