Server 2008 Remote Desktop becomes disconneted

I have a new Server 2008. I am using Remote Desktop to setup and
configure this new server. But, about every 2 hours the Remote Desktop
disconnects. Then I can not connect again to the server without actually
walking to the physicial server, logging in and then logout. Then I can
login again using the Remote Desktop (at least for a couple more hours).
How do I keep this server alive?

Also, each morning I have to physically login to the server at the server,
then I can use Remote Desktop.

Also, I have the same problem using Terminal Services on the Server. It
will work for a few hours and then not allow any to connect.
