Can anyone help me out!!!
Have been trying unsuccessfully to download a word ACCOUNT STATEMENT
template from office online for the last 4 days!
Can access the website fine, but when trying to download any template or
info it comes up with a little ERROR ON PAGE msg in bottom left hand side of
comp screen (not on web page), even when I try and access the contact us or
leave feedack, same thing - error on page.
I have contacted the Microsoft help support line and they didnt know what
the prob was and said it was a technical fault of mine - but how is this so
if I can access any other web page and download anything without problems
I really need this template to send out an account for my dads new business
- can anyone help asap?

Have you emptied your temporary cache lately? In Internet Explorer, tools,
Internet Options, delete, delete files.

Can you accept the ActiveX control?

Thanks for the response mate - I tried as you suggested, and Bingo!!
Thank you so much for your advice it really was appreciated greatly!
Id never heard of this discussion group before - but now I will definately
