Macros from Word 2003 to Word 2007
I have several macros that I used in Word 2003. Now that I've
upgraded to Word 2007, I'd like to be able to access them again, but they don't show up in the add-ins tab or in the macros window. How can I import the macros so that they're available and readily accessible? |

Re: Macros from Word 2003 to Word 2007
You can copy the macros from normal.dot of your Word 2003 installation and
place them in normal.dotm, or you can rename normal.dot to, say, MyMacros.dot and put it in Word's startup folder (the latter procedure is necessary if you want to use any custom toolbars that you used in Word 2003). See http://www.gmayor.com/Toolbars_in_word_2007.htm. Note that when installing Office 2007, the original normal.dot will be renamed to normal1.dot or something similar. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP <gamer2k4@gmail.com> wrote in message news:ca73f3a0-0e07-44d8-99f2-5e218af3da9d@c58g2000hsc.googlegroups.com... >I have several macros that I used in Word 2003.
