"Show/Hide Puncuation" button is Missing in Action . . HELP ME FIN
I have tried both solutions offered in the past:1) go to view and clear all
options except "Standard" 2) click Alt, then Shift+F10. Nothing has worked . . . please help me find it. Also since I am NOT totally computer literate I need simple step by step instructions. Thank You in advance . . .

If you're using Word 2003 or earlier, you can either reset the toolbar or
