word is blocked

I was trying to create a new outlook account and all of a sudden I get this
messge
error winword.exe Outlook Contact smart card has blocked Word
and a lot of numbers in App Ver and app Stamp, Mod name, etc.

What is all this? How can I de-block word? Many thanks. I am not that
computer litterate
