I am working along and am using my AutoText just great. Five minutes later
when I look up an address, all my AutoText is gone! This is a HUGE AutoText
database (for lack of a better word), thousands of entries. I saw the post
about Acrobat 7 toolbar and have disabled it as the suggestion indicates, but
am still having problems with my AutoText disappearing. It will be there
after I restore my backup copy of my Normal.dot template, but then a few
minutes later, it's gone again, and I have to continuously repeat the
process. Fortunately, I had the wherewithall to put my customized toolbar
and the few macros I created and included them in my backup copy of my
Normal.dot template using the "Organize" under Tools and Templates.. Can
someone help me figure out why I keep losing my AutoText entries. By the
way... I have noticed the same behavior with my AutoCorrect as well. Thanks

We are having the same issue with Word 2002. Does anyone have an answer?

We are having the same issue with Word 2002; does anyone have an answer?
