I have Work Suites 2005 which includes Word 2002 and suddenly I am not able
to open documents sent to me in e-mails by others. When I try to open the
documents this comes up:

Runtime Error
Program C:/ Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office 101 WinWord.EXE
Abnormal Program Termination

What can I do?

Usually, this sort of problem is due to a corrupted normal.dot, corrupted
registry entry (usually the Data key), or misbehaving add-ins. Take a look
