Word msg on shutdown
I sometimes get the message "The file Normal.dot already exists. Do
you want to change it?' or other messages about Word during a shutdown or restart even though Word was not opened during that session. Why is this happenning? Windows XP SP2 Word 2002 SP3 Any help would be appreciated.
