I just reformatted my computer and installed office xp again. I was setting
up outlook and started encountering problems with using word as my email
editor. I did a search on the web for this error but the issue was people
using outlook 2003 with word 2002 etc. But I only have one version and I
installed from the same disk all at once.

When I open ms word and click on the email button (next to the save icon) I
get tht error "word could not load the e-mail envelope"

Suggestions?
