Word closes when I click on the tools button
Everytime I click on the Tools menu button I get a message that Microsoft
Word has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Can anybody help please?? Thank you

First try deleting the Data key in the registry as described at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm.
