Taskbar acting strangely
Hi,
I have XP Home edition running on a Dell 5150. All working fine until yesterday when I noticed that when I want to swap between applications via the taskbar - e.g. Word, Excel, IE - I have to click the icon in the taskbar 3 or 4 times before the window maximizes. Normally, you only need to click the minimised window ONCE in the taskbar and it will open. What happens is this - when I want to change from Word to IE, I click IE in the taskbar once, the minimised IE window icon changes from blue to orange. I click IE in the taskbar a second time, then the icon starts flashing orange. I click IE a third time and the IE window opens. This is a real annoyance now. Anybody got any ideas?? Cheers, Rod |
