Drive Not Ready... Why?

I keep getting a pop up window that tells me...

Windows - Drive Not ready
Exception Processing Message c00000a3 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c
[Cancel] [Try Again] [Continue]

I have not figured out why this pop up window keeps coming and what it is
trying to tell me... what should I look for and what do I do to make it stop
popping up?
