Re: Access USB Flash (Thumb) Drive after Booting via Bootable CD Rom
Hi Tim,
This is a new Dell laptop with WinXP Home Edition with a NTFS hdd. I have booted via a Dos bootable CD rom, created on a Win98se computer, but I can not access the NTFS hdd (if a FAT32 hdd, no problem) in order to use a VERY IMPORTANT Dos based application that won't run unless in real Dos mode. Because this IMPORTANT Dos based application involves editing of personal information files, putting it on the bootable CD rom just won't work. Putting that Dos based program on a USB Flash drive may be the answer.
