Any good free third party explorer.exe replacement?

Hi.

In the past, Windows had third party replacements like LiteStep. Are
there any good ones to try for XP Pro. SP3 without any incompatibility
problems.

Thank you in advance.

Re: Any good free third party explorer.exe replacement?

Thanks. Interesting, no LiteStep? Wow. I remember that was big and popular.

So do these alternatives totally replace Explorer, Start Menu, etc.? Or
only Explorer as a file manager replacement. It seems only does file
manager replacement. I was referring to the whole explorer.exe usage in
Windows including Start Menu and whatever else.

I forgot to mention that it should also replace Start Menu that explorer
uses too.

Nope. You didn't say that. ;-)

If you're using it to initiate an application, what I do is just click on
the data file and both open ready to use.
