When I open IE7, there is a message shown a new hardware "BDA Slip De-Framer"
found, and requests to install. After answering not to install and cancel to
quit, the IE cannot browse to other websites. This situation only happens
from
few days before. How to fix it ?

My Windows is XP SP2.
