Problem installing Mavis Bacon Teaches Typing 17
I have been successful loading the subject software on a win2000 desktop,
however the product doesnt load on a laptop running winxp sp2. The install starts i see an information window which mentions NETZERO for RIVER DEEP and then nothing. I have turned off Norton Firewall. Not sure what else the problem can be as i am not receiving an error message. There is hardly any support. I send a note to ENCOREUSA.com (broderbund) with no response. Thanks
