What is the answer to these questions: The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't? The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and versions) did you use to determine this? Be sure the computer is clean: http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware After you've done that troubleshooting if you need more help then please come back with all pertinent details so you can get focused help. What is the answer to these questions: This happens to several programs on my desktop computer, some will close and a few decide to fail to close... Let me try it and see if it is happening to more thanone program or particular ones and which ones it happens to. I will try several things, just give me some suggestions as what to look for... and thanks. >The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time >things worked and the time they didn't? > >The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the >malware/virus status of the machine?
