Proxy error
Hi,
I have a user at a remote site that is having problems with configuring various IM clients and GoToMyPC. The machine currently has internet access and email access. It is running XP Home SP2. While each of these works fine, whenever a he tries to set up the above he gets a proxy error message. I don't have the exact error yet but was hoping for some quick pointers on where to look for a problem. I've had hime turn off the windows firewall and there are no others installed. GoToMyPC would not even install because of this error so I can't logon remotely. The machine is connected via a DSL modem. Thanks for any pointers. |
